Registration Changes For 2018
We have considered the feedback about the registration process, and we have made some changes for this year. You will only need to register once, and that will include your camp registration, and your accommodation/meals package. We also heard what folks said about wanting to have one price that includes everything. We have rolled up everything into one price. You now see the full cost per person, including everything. Broken down, early bird registration is $460 and regular registration $510. Accommodations: single $500, shared $450, RV $385. Registration fees have remained the same this year and there is a slight increase in the accommodation packages.
Early Bird Registration Prices (November 27 to December 27, 2017)
Single Cabin $960/per person (only a few single cabins available)
Shared Cabin $910/per person (share with a friend or make some new friends)
RV Site $845/per person (sites offer electricity but no other services)

**RV spots with power have now been filled. If you do not require power, we can find you a place to park.
Once again we offer an option to pay a deposit and secure your early bird pricing. A deposit of $450 will be required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due and payable by February 15, 2018. **All of the fine print can be found below in the registration FAQs.
On the registration date, check this page and you will see a Buy Now button at the top of the page. Payments can be made via credit cards using the Buy Now button, or via Interac e-Transfer to email@example.com.
After you have submitted your payment, your spot is secured and we will send you a link to a survey to provide us with your detailed registration information.
2018 Registration is Open
Do I get to pick my leader?
No. Jam bands will be created by the organizers to ensure a variety of instruments and playing abilities are in each jam band class. You will be asked to indicate your primary instrument and playing ability.
How do I know if I am Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced?
This is a small camp, and we anticipate it will fill up very quickly. We are working to have the greatest leaders possible and we have to ensure that we are able to compensate them for their time and expertise. We do understand that things happen and your plans may need to change. If you do need to cancel your registration, here is the fine print for cancellations and refunds….
To send eTransfer, visit your online banking website and send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Option 2 - send Interac eTransfer
Use the drop down menu to select your registration type (Pay in Full with accommodation type). Then click the Buy Now button. This will direct you to PayPal where you can complete your payment and also adjust the number of registrations on your order (if your are registering more than one person).
Payments are accepted through PayPal by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or debit to your bank account. An account with PayPal is not required to complete the payment.
Payments are accepted via Interac eTransfer by sending your payment to email@example.com.
After your payment has been submitted, your spot is secured! Watch you email inbox for an email to confirm your spot. The email will also include a link to a survey to provide us with your detailed registration information.
