Registration Fees:


Regular Full Workshop Registration:      $470 + GST  (after Nov. 8th)

Option to pay in full or $210 deposit at registration with remaining balance due January 31, 2017.

Pickin' and Grinnin' Jammers:     $ 280+ GST 
Due to the overwhelming response to early bird registration, and limited number of spots available, we have opened up another 10 spaces for Pickin' and Grinnin' Jammers!  PG Jammers participate in jamming, afternoon workshops, and evening activities (band scrambles, etc.) at camp. 

PG Jammers will not be eligible to participate in Jam Class or Instrument Intensive Classes.  


Administration Fee:  $15+ GST will be added to each registration


Accommodations/Meals:

Once registered you will receive further information on booking accommodations/meals with The Flying U Guest Ranch. Visit theLocations page or further details on accommodations/meals package.Accommodation packages range from $79 to $101/person per day (RV sites, shared and private cabins) are in addition to the registration fees above.  A $200 deposit is required by The Flying U Guest Ranch to secure your reservation. Information on how to make the deposit will be provided after registration.

Within 24 hours of online registration you will receive an invoice via email with instructions for payment.  You will also receive information on how to make your deposit for accommodations.  Accommodations are booked separately through The Flying U Guest Ranch.

Forms of payment accepted include: 
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex),  Interac eTransfer. or cheque sent via mail.

You will be asked to indicate your primary instrument for this camp, and also asked to list other instruments you plan to bring to camp.  This will help us with the planning of our workshops and instrument intensive classes. 


Do I get to pick my leader? 

No.  Jam bands will be created by the organizers to ensure a variety of instruments and playing abilities are in each jam band class.  You will be asked to indicate your primary instrument and playing ability. 


How do I know if I am Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced?


Beginner - students have some of the basics and are looking to learn how to start joining in a jam with their instrument.  Things you should know include: a few chords, the note names of strings, how to use a pick(s) or bow.

Intermediate -  students should basic skills down pat, able to tune their instruments, keep time, play chords in common keys, and know how to play a few tunes. 


Advanced - students are very comfortable with their instruments in a variety of settings, know a number of tunes, are comfortable taking breaks. 


Refund/Cancellation Policy:
This is a small camp, and we anticipate it will fill up very quickly.  We are working to have the greatest leaders possible and we have to ensure that we are able to compensate them for their time and expertise.  We do understand that things happen and your plans may need to change.  If you do need to cancel your registration, here is the fine print for cancellations and refunds….

  • Deposits are due at registration. Your spot is not secure until your deposit is paid.

  • Registration fee balance is due by January 31, 2017.  You will receive a reminder invoice and links with payment options well in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you pay the whole balance at the time of registration but need to cancel, you will be refunded your fee, minus the non-refundable deposit, as long as you cancel before February 8, 2017.

  • If you need to cancel after February 8, 2017, we will not be able to refund your money. We will endeavor to use your camp fee to help scholarship a camper who might need a little extra financial assistance to attend camp.

  • If you do not pay your balance by the deadline, your spot will be given to another camper and your deposit will not be refunded.
